Conflict Transformation for Movement Leaders

Are you doing purpose driven movement work and are ready to harness the power of conflict to strengthen impact? Often the deep passion that effectively fuels commitment and action for resistance and social change can also easily divide, turning individuals against one another, when approaching internal issues. Join us for an online 4-week cohort workshop series, and explore concepts and techniques that will effectively increase your relational capacity to work with tension and conflict as a generative force. SEEDS trainers draw from their experience of implementing conflict transformation tools within a variety of contexts including social change movement spaces.

The training will incorporate experiential exercises, role-plays, and hands-on opportunities to practice accountability and intentionality, compassion for self and others, facilitative participation, and the power of stry-telling/narrative as leaders.  The training container will include the following:

  • Introduction to Conflict Transformation

  • Centering in Humility and Clarity

  • Communication Skills and Practice

  • Continuation of Skills and Practice

What can I expect?
