This workshop is ideal for people who are new to RJ as well as those who have some experience, but would like a refresher/deeper dive. Focusing on workplaces and organizations, this workshop presents frameworks and processes for improving communication and relationships, and creating and sustaining inclusive workplace environments where all voices are heard.
