About the Course
This workshop includes 20 hours of online engagement, and five hours of asynchronous learning. Focusing on workplaces and organizations, this workshop presents frameworks and processes for improving communication and relationships, and creating and sustaining inclusive workplace environments where all voices are heard. Participants will learn about and practice tools and skills of restorative leadership, which include giving and receiving feedback, creating cultures where accountability is supported, and shifting approaches to power, authority and discipline.
