SEEDS uses a sliding scale model in alignment with our core value of access. The below descriptions can help you decide which tier is right for you. We honor and recognize that we come from different backgrounds and experiences, as it relates to disability status, gender, race, ethnicity, national origin, and so many more of our multitudes of identities. Joining at the highest possible membership tier supports those at the other end of the sliding scale.

 

 

 


 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Tier 1

 

Joining at this membership tier and contributing within your means, brings the wealth of your knowledge and presence to the SEEDS Alumni Network community. Our community is better off with you joining at a sustainable level, than not joining at all. This membership tier is for you if you do not have access to the above, or have limited access to the above advantages and resources.

Tier 2

 

Joining at this membership tier supports those at the other end of the sliding scale to participate in the SEEDS Alumni Network community. This membership tier is for you if you have:
 

  • Medium-to-high financial access/wealth

  • Educational earning power (advanced graduate degree)

  • Salary/annual income that far exceeds necessities and makes wealth accumulation possible

  • Investments and Savings (emergency "rainy day" savings, investments, retirement funds)

  • Access to generational familial wealth (inheritance, trust funds, property, education paid for by family)

  • Lack of debt (student loans, personal credit cards, personal loans, car loans, medical debt)

  • Property ownership (car, boat, home, vacation home, etc.)

  • Excess funds for entertainment (restaurants, travel, shopping for personal expenses)


Additional considerations

  • Financially responsible for yourself without dependents, or others others reliant upon your income

  • Have access to employer health insurance/benefits

  • Or ability to pay for healthcare on the private market

  • Access to paid time off (PTO), sick time, vacation time


 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

By contributing more, you help support the ability of others who experience systematic disadvantages and who have less access to resources. ​​SEEDS created this training network as a commitment to community connection and social change that prioritizes access. Our services are designed to reduce barriers to participation. Your membership supports this vision. 

 

We appreciate you contributing as fully as you are able in support of honoring class differences. Thank you for world building with SEEDS, toward a more sustainable way of being in relationship with one another.

Professional/Learning Development Funds 

If you work for a company or organization that offers professional development/learning funds, you may

be able to use those funds to pay SEEDS Alumni Network membership dues.

SEEDS offers two membership tiers. Tier 1 (founding membership) has three options. Option A: $179, Option B: $279, Option C: $399. Tier 2 (founding sustaining membership) has three options. Option A: $579, Option B: $879, Option C: $1,119. The value of a SEEDS annual membership is $1,199. Any funds offered above that amount will be considered tax deductible. For example, if you choose to pay $2,000 for a membership, $801 of the purchase will be tax deductible.  If you use professional development funds from an employer payment is offered at the following levels. Companies with annual operating budgets of $10 million and above pay $2,500. Companies with annual operating budgets of $3 million and above pay $1,199. Companies with annual operating budgets of $1.5 up to $3 million pay $879. Ready to transform your conflict resolution network? Early bird registration is open!

 

​We are so excited you're ready to transform your conflict resolution community! Please be sure to read the guidance on membership tiers, and select your tier in alignment with SEEDS’ value of access.            

                         

Membership fees are charged annually. Members are welcome to upgrade their membership to

become a sustaining member or join at any time. There is an opportunity to change your tier level at

the time of annual renewal. Memberships cannot be downgraded once paid for until the next billing

cycle. For more details about payments or changing your membership tier,

please contact info@seedscrc.org.

Interested in Becoming an Alumni?

Anyone who has completed a SEEDS certification training is eligible to join the SEEDS Alumni Network. If you would like to join the network but have not participated in a SEEDS training, you can register and participate in any of our upcoming trainings to become eligible.

 

Financial Aid Access? 

If you are experiencing a financial barrier to access for the Alumni Network, please email info@seedscrc.org. If you are unable to access the Alumni Network membership at the Tier 1 Option A level of $179, or need to pay the $179 via installments please contact us for support.
