How Does Facilitation Help?

Facilitation is a way to help a group accomplish its goals. A facilitator trained in group dynamics helps participants understand their common objectives, and guides them in formulating a plan to achieve them, without having a position on the issues under discussion or an emotional stake in the outcome. The facilitator also helps the group to achieve consensus on disagreements.

How Much Does It Cost?

Facilitation services are billed at $50-$250 per hour, on a sliding scale.
